Our story

It started at a kitchen table

Passionately Vital began as a once-a-month bulk organic order run for friends and clients on a spreadsheet — a naturopath’s way of getting real, certified-organic food to the people around her without the health-shop price tag.

It grew. So we rebuilt it as this shop: the same neighbourly buying group, made easy. You order what you need while the round’s open, we handle the wholesale buying and the pickup, and the savings stay with you — not a supermarket.

Questions, answered

When can I order?
Once a month, while the round is open. The catalogue is always browsable, but you can only add to a cart and check out during an open round. We'll show you the close date up front.
What happens when the round closes?
We place the bulk wholesale order the moment it closes — so changes after that can't be included. Order early; you can keep editing until the deadline.
Where do I collect?
Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast. You'll get an email with collection details once your order is ready. A second Brisbane pickup (Carfrae Ave) is planned.
How are prices set?
Prices are wholesale plus a small margin to cover running the group — shown ex-GST where applicable, with GST added at checkout. You pay close to true wholesale.
Is everything organic?
Our range is built around certified-organic wholefoods from trusted organic wholesalers. Where origin is known, we show it on the product.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged separately for now — placing an order reserves your items for the round. A built-in checkout is coming.
